Austin is the Pick for 324 New Homes

Trendmaker will offer a supply of 40- and 50-foot lots catering to young professionals.

AUSTIN, TX—TRI Pointe Group’s Trendmaker Homes acquired new land in the Austin market for a residential neighborhood. Located one mile east of Interstate 35 in the new Turner’s Crossing planned community, the Trendmaker property will offer 324 single-family detached homes across six sections upon buildout.
