GPI Cos. has acquired a 200,000-square-foot industrial facility for $84 million. The property is located in El Segundo's historic aerospace research and manufacturing hub.
The property is located at 2031 East Mariposa and was originally built in the 1940s. Now, the building houses the research and design headquarters of a major Fortune 500 corporation.
Michael Longo of CBRE represented the seller in the sale.
