Colby Durnin
Sentinel Real Estate Group and Paragon Construction have merged to form Commercial Real Estate Development Enterprises or CREDE. The new company will offer development, construction advisory and asset and property management services.
The company has hired commercial real estate veteran Rob Cord as president of CREDE's asset and property management division. Colby Durnin will serve as CEO, and was formerly the CEO of Sentinel.
The company is based in Irvine, CA.
