A partnership between LPC West and a fund operated by Crow Holdings Capital has acquired a 175,000-square-foot industrial property in the Kearny Mesa neighborhood in San Diego. The Bottling Group sold the building for $30.3 million.

The property totals three separate buildings on 10.55 acres and located at 7995 Armour Street, 4212 Pepsi Drive and 7902 Othello Avenue in San Diego. As a result of the sale, LPC West oversees 2.5 million square feet of office, industrial, life science and specialty mixed use space throughout San Diego County.

Alan Peterson of Choyce Peterson and Peter Quinn and Mickey Morera of Kidder Matthews represented LPC West partnership in the purchase, while Bottling Group represented itself in the purchase.
