A partnership with the Bascom Group and Artemis Real Estate Partners has acquired Phoenix Townhomes, a 248-unit condominium-style apartment community in Fresno for $35 million. The sales prices equates to $141,129 per unit.

Located in Northern Fresno, the property is near West Shaw Avenue and a short drive from numerous retail and entertainment attractions, including River Park Shopping Center and the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. It was built in 2004 and has two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
