Greystar haslaunched pre-leasing efforts at the Pullman, its latest project inDenver. Located in Downtown Denver, the Pullman is a 13-story,168-unit apartment and retail mixed-use community.

The tech-forward community has one-, two- and three-bedroomfloor plans and two-story penthouses. Apartments range in size from819 to 3,784 square feet with high-end features including high-endstainless-steel appliances and sleek modern finishes, includingquartz countertops, wood-style flooring and custom woodcabinetry.

The property is scheduled to open later this year. Rents forunits start at $2,785.
