Woodmont Properties Lands 16 Top Industry Awards
Woodmont Properties was awarded one of the highest honors of the night, a coveted “Community of the Year” award for its luxury rental apartment community Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station.
FAIRFIELD, NJ— Woodmont Properties reports it garnered 16 awards from the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association at the organization’s recent Awards of Excellence ceremony.
Woodmont Properties was awarded one of the highest honors of the night, a coveted “Community of the Year” award for its luxury rental apartment community Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station. Notable honors were also awarded to individuals of the Woodmont team including Sean Mulhall, who received “Project Manager of the Year” for his role as senior project manager of Woodmont Bay Club in Bayonne, and Woodmont Properties’ marketing manager Chris Camy, who received the “Marketing Executive of the Year” award.

In addition to the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association Awards of Excellence, Woodmont Properties was also recently recognized by the New Jersey Builders Association Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards.
Woodmont received awards in the following categories for Best New Mixed-Use Project Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station; Leasing Marketing Director of the Year- Chris Camy; Best Banner Ad Woodmont Cove at South Amboy and Best On-line Video/YouTube Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station.
Each year, the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association of New Jersey hosts the Awards of Excellence, an event designed to recognize home builders, remodelers, and associates based in Essex, Morris, Union, Somerset, Warren, and Hunterdon counties. The recipients of the coveted homebuilding awards are selected by Metro’s committee based on their involvement in the region and ability to exemplify the association’s core values.
