Presidium recently broke ground on Presidium at Revelstoke nearAlliance Town Center.
FORT WORTH—Presidium has broken ground on Presidium atRevelstoke, a residential community in Alliance Town Center, NorthFort Worth's shopping and dining hub. The first building isexpected to be completed in late 2020.
The three-story 466,515-square-foot development will be thefirst multifamily community in proximity to the Town Center thatintegrates SMART technology into units. This SMART technology willallow residents to control the temperature, access and lighting inthe homes from wireless devices.
