Leasing Begins at New Hoboken Residential Tower

Locally-based developer Bijou Properties and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. of Boston, who previously teamed up for the development and successful lease-up of Vine at 900 Monroe Street, recently announced the marketing campaign for 7 Seventy House, which also includes approximately 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

HOBOKEN, NJ—Leasing efforts have been launched at the 14-story, 424-unit 7 Seventy House residential building on the city’s west side.

Locally-based developer Bijou Properties and partner Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. of Boston, who previously teamed up for the development and successful lease-up of Vine at 900 Monroe Street, recently announced the marketing campaign for 7 Seventy House, which also includes approximately 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
