HOBOKEN, NJ—Leasing efforts have been launched at the 14-story,424-unit 7 Seventy House residential building on the city's westside.
Locally-based developer Bijou Properties and partnerIntercontinental Real Estate Corp. of Boston, who previously teamedup for the development and successful lease-up of Vine at 900Monroe Street, recently announced the marketing campaign for 7Seventy House, which also includes approximately 25,000 square feetof ground floor retail space.
