Pharma Property Group has completed nine 1031 exchange transactions of quality net lease drug stores in the last 45 days, representing both buyers and sellers. The sales total $43.4 million.
In each transaction, the buyers were able to achieve 72% financing leverage and financing rates below 4%.
The Pharma Property Group's Jason Stuart Pongsrikul, the founder and manager, and Nick Price, an SVP, worked on the deals.
