LOWER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PA—Sandkris Properties, Inc. ofHaverford, PA has purchased the 249,405-square-foot industrialbuilding at 2621 Van Buren Ave. for $32 million.
The deal was announced by Procision Commercial Realty, whichrepresented Sandkris in the transaction. The seller, Bailard Inc'sReal Estate Fund & Elm Street Real Estate Investors, LLC, wasrepresented by Brett Segal and Doug Rodio of JLL. Robert Beach,president of Procision Commercial, represented the buyer in thedeal.
