2621 Van Buren Ave., Lower Providence Township, PA
LOWER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PA—Sandkris Properties, Inc. of Haverford, PA has purchased the 249,405-square-foot industrial building at 2621 Van Buren Ave. for $32 million.
The deal was announced by Procision Commercial Realty, which represented Sandkris in the transaction. The seller, Bailard Inc's Real Estate Fund & Elm Street Real Estate Investors, LLC, was represented by Brett Segal and Doug Rodio of JLL. Robert Beach, president of Procision Commercial, represented the buyer in the deal.
