Tourney Plaza III is a new medical office property in Valencia that will bring 156,000 square feet and six properties to the medical office market. Building six recently celebrated its wall tilting.
The project is the third and final joint venture project from JSB Development and McCombs. They formed their joint venture in 2003.
CBRE's Craig Peters and Richard Ramirez are the leasing agents for the project.
