Summerly at Zanjero has traded hands for $78.5 million. Developer Fore Property built the 340-unit complex, located in Glendale, Arizona, in 2018. It was 95% leased at the time of the sale.

Located at 7375 North Zanjero Boulevard, the property is LEED Silver-certified and features 32 two- and three-story buildings spread across an 18.58-acre site. It also has two swimming pools with barbecues and fireplaces, a fitness center with yoga and spin room, a dog park and playground, as well as parcel lockers.

The developer has also sold the $89.2 million sale of Tempo at McClintock Station Apartments, a 423-unit, mid-rise community in Tempe, Arizona.
