NAIOP New Jersey Announces 2019 President’s Award Honorees, Hall of Fame Inductees

One of the highlights of the evening program will be when Anne Evans Estabrook of Elberon Development, Mindy Lissner of CBRE and Diana Fainberg of D.E. Fainberg will be inducted into the NAIOP New Jersey Hall of Fame.

NAIOP New Jersey will bestow its Annual President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner on Monday, Nov. 4 at the Hilton Meadowlands.

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ— NAIOP New Jersey reports it will recognize the outstanding service and contributions of its volunteer leaders at the Annual President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner on Monday, Nov. 4 at the Hilton Meadowlands.

One of the highlights of the evening program will be when industry icons and longtime NAIOP chapter members Anne Evans Estabrook of Elberon Development Group, Mindy Lissner of CBRE, and Diana Fainberg of D.E. Fainberg Associates will be inducted into The NAIOP New Jersey Hall of Fame.

The NAIOP New Jersey Legacy Award will be presented to Peter Reinhart, director of the Kislak Real Estate Institute at Monmouth University. Susan Karp of Karp Environmental Law will receive the Pillar Award, which recognizes members who set an extraordinary example of involvement.

Steve Santola of Woodmont Properties LLC will be presented with the Advocacy Award for outstanding work in public policy, and Gensler’s Dana Nalbantian will be recognized as Volunteer of the Year.

Other honorees include: Carlos Torres of Turner Construction Company, who will receive the Rising Star Award. The Student Member of the Year will be presented to Robert Thomson, who is attending Roger Williams University.

The program will also include the presentation of the Frank D. Visceglia Memorial Scholarships to Eagle Scout Eli Gemeilhardt of Fair Lawn, and Gold Award Scout Olivia Grace Bellek of Flemington.

In addition, NAIOP New Jersey will be collecting donations for its “1 Million Meals for NJ” fundraiser to support the Community Food Bank of New Jersey. Online donations can be made via the CFBNJ website at http://support.cfbnj.org/naiop.

The NAIOP event on Nov. 4 will begin with networking and cocktails at 4:30 p.m. followed by dinner and the awards presentation at 5:45 p.m.
