Dedeaux Properties has singed a 1 million-square-foot lease with Cardinal Health at its Dedeaux Sycamore Canyon Distribution Park. The state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution center is located in Riverside.

Dedeaux Properties acquired the 1.4 million-square-foot property last month. It is building an adjacent 361,346-square-foot warehouse building, which is expected to be available for occupancy during the fourth quarter of this year.

Ian DeVries and Chris DeVries of Colliers International represented Dedeaux in the lease transaction. Dan de la Paz from CBRE's Ontario office represented Cardinal Health.
