OnPoint Development has acquired a 3.8-acre retail development parcel in Oceanside. The developer plans to build a multi-tenant retail center including a gas station and car wash on the site.
Located at 3340 Mission Avenue, Oceanside, the property traded hands at $4.5 million from RJ Land Company L.P.
Josh McFadyen of Colliers International represented the seller. The buyer, OnPoint Development, was represented by Bill Neece of Neece Commercial.
