Angoff Joins Diversified Properties as VP, Corporate Counsel

MONTVILLE, NJ—Douglas Angoff, Esq. of South Orange, NJ, who has more than two decades of real estate law and development experience has joined real estate investment and development firm Diversified Properties, LLC as vice president and corporate counsel.

Prior to joining Diversified Properties, Angoff served as land development and general counsel for several local and national real estate developers, including Kushner Companies, Kara Homes and Lennar.

In his new role at Diversified Properties, he will be responsible for co-managing the development pipeline, assisting with loan closings, negotiating contracts and general legal work.

He adds that Angoff’s experience in all aspects of transactions and leases, redevelopment, environmental law, and real estate and business due diligence will play a significant role as the company’s portfolio expands throughout the New York/New Jersey metro region.

Angoff earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, a master’s degree in real estate development and investment from New York University, and a J.D. from Emory Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the Garden State and is a member of the New Jersey Bar.
