CBRE Names New Head of Property Management in San Diego
Juan E. Rose III is the managing director of property management at CBRE for the San Diego region.
CBRE has named Juan E. Rose III as the managing director of property management in the San Diego region. In the new role, Rose will manage more than 12 million square-feet of office, industrial, retail and medical office space.
In addition to overseeing the portfolio, Rose will lead approximately 100 property management professionals in the San Diego market on behalf of building owners, occupiers and investors.
Rose joined CBRE in 2013 and most recently served as a director in CBRE’s Los Angeles and Inland Empire regions. Prior to joining the firm, he was an expert in defense financial management. As an agent of the U.S. Treasury, he personally managed more than $55 million in cash and over $300 million in public funds and real estate assets abroad.
