CHATHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ—The 118-unit Chatham Village Apartmentscomplex here has been acquired by a partnership of Stolar Capital,Vertical Realty and EverWest Real Estate Investors, LLC for $35.25million.

The property, in the supply constrained Short Hills areamultifamily market, was sold by Madison Hill Properties of Passaic,NJ. The transaction for the complex, which was built in 1955, wasbrokered by Gebroe-Hammer Associates. Executive VicePresidents Niko Nicolaou and David Jarvis, along with Morris Countymarket specialist Stephen Tragash, exclusively represented theseller, Madison Hill Properties, and procured the buyer in thedeal.
