Oak Residential Partners Grows Las Vegas Portfolio
The Chicago-based firm buys the 216-unit Hacienda Heights Apartments in its third Las Vegas deal since 2017.
Hacienda Heights Apartments is a 216-unit garden-style apartment community near the rapidly growing and top-rated community of Whitney Ranch, located in Henderson, Nevada. Oak Residential purchased the property from the original developer. It features one, two, and three bedroom floorplans with nine-foot ceilings and a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, BBQ & picnic areas, clubhouse with kitchen and fireside lounge, a business center with high speed internet access and a leasing office.
Oak plans to modernize the community, focusing primarily on renovation of the unit interiors, including the addition of new faux-wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, resurfaced counters, blinds and lighting fixtures, and a backsplash. Plans also include improvements to the property’s amenities, building exteriors, and landscaping, as well as a rebranding and name change.
