NEW YORK CITY- RE/MAX, a global real estate company, is expanding to New York City, opening its first Manhattan office at 1412 Broadway in Times Square. Head Broker Shoka Mamedov opened the RE/MAX 100 office earlier this month to bring RE/MAX’s services to what they deem as the most competitive new market to enter, according to a company statement.

“The advanced technology and the international network that RE/MAX offers will allow us to make an immediate impact. We have already received a tremendous response from brokers, agents and clients, especially those looking to invest in Manhattan’s active hospitality market,” said Mamedov in a prepared statement.

The firm will launch a Hospitality division for the Manhattan RE/MAX location, partnering with C & A Seneca Construction, a local hospitality builder, to spearhead the offering.

Mamedov has sold hundreds of residential and commercial properties throughout the five boroughs. And with her team, she plans to leverage RE/MAX’s Commercial and Classic Collection brands to draw customers locally and abroad.

Over the next several months, Mamedov is looking to hire more than 10 agents to compete in both the luxury residential and commercial markets.“For me, the fast-paced New York market is where the action is and where I thrive. I enjoy interacting with clients and negotiating deals so everyone wins,” Mamedov said.
