Orchard Medical Center Breaks Ground
This two-story 41,244 square-foot property, located at 25425 Orchard Village Road, will be divisible into approximately 5,000 square-foot suites for sale or lease.
The site is situated less than a half mile from the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital. The 2.76-acre site will also include five cars per 1,000 square feet of parking. It will be completed in March 2020.
