New Affordable Housing Development Opens in West L.A.

A joint venture between Related California and West Angeles Community Development Corp. has completed The Curve at West Los Angeles, a 70-unit affordable mixed-use development. The property includes 2,000 square feet of retail as well.

The five-story community features 24 studios and 45 one-bedrooms ranging from 400 to 630 square feet, as well as one manager’s apartment. Amenities include a community room and kitchen, laundry facility, gated parking, bike storage and a skydeck with views of Downtown L.A..

R.D. Olson Construction built the property, and KFA Architects and Mannigan Design also worked on the project.
