Two Leases Signed at Pennsauken Office Complex

NAI Mertz, which has its regional office based in Mount Laurel, NJ reports that brokerage team of Rebecca Ting, SIOR, senior vice president, and Julie Kronfeld, SIOR, vice president, recently completed two leases totaling 9,620 square feet at the properties. The team serves as exclusive leasing agents for the buildings owned by Cooper Park Associates, LP, and has recorded nine lease transactions in the past nine months.
Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, an arc welding and cutting equipment manufacturing company, leased 6,580 square feet of office space and plans to utilize this new space to offer high-tech training to welding sales professionals.
iGroom, a luxury pet beauty and health company known for its natural grooming products used by grooming professionals and pet owners, has committed to 3,040 square feet of office space. iGroom plans to use the office space to develop and distribute its renowned pet grooming products, the brokerage firm states.
Ting says Cooper Center and Cooper Center West consist of six office and flex buildings located directly across from the Cooper River. The buildings, located in an Opportunity Zone, are positioned near several southern New Jersey major highways and just four miles to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
