A joint venture between CA Residential and Diamond Realty Investments has opened The Link PHX, a 30-story, 257-unit mixed-use development. The property is located in the Roosevelt Row Arts District of Downtown Phoenix.

Located at 330 East Pierce St., The LINK PHX features a blend of studio, one-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath residences ranging in size from 450 to 1,450 square feet and priced from $1,285 to $6,940 per month. Each apartment features 9-foot ceilings; kitchens with European-style, soft-close cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer fixtures; and full-size washer and dryer.

Shepley Bulfinch was the architect for The LINK PHX, while Katerra, formerly UEB, served as the general contractor.
