Hampshire Co’s LoBello Named Northeast Director of Operations for Bridge Development

LoBello was previously director of property management with The Hampshire Companies where she was most recently responsible for more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate across the office, industrial and retail sectors.

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Bridge Development Partners, which is headquartered in Chicago, has named The Hampshire Companies’ Karen LoBello as director of operations for its Northeast region.

LoBello was previously director of property management with The Hampshire Companies where she was most recently responsible for more than 10 million square feet of commercial real estate across the office, industrial and retail sectors. LoBello, who was appointed to that post in June 2015, was accountable for the execution of asset operational strategies with a heavy focus on leadership development and talent/resource management of the in-house property management team at Hampshire.
