JACKSONVILLE, FL—As ribbon cuttings continue on new industrialconstruction projects in Jacksonville, Colliers International saysyou can expect vacancy rates and asking rents to continue toclimb.

The brokerage firm in its latest industrial market report forNortheast Florida states that in the third quarter the industrialvacancy rate increased approximately 150 basis points to 4.1% fromthe low recorded in late 2018.
