Harbor Associates has partnered with Taconic Capital Advisors to acquire a five-property office portfolio in San Bernardino for $41.7 million. Located in the Tri City Corporate Center, the portfolio totals 368,000 square feet and is collectively 55% leased.

The buildings range in size from 70,000 to 115,000 square feet. The portfolio benefits from its visibility, accessibility and transit-oriented location. The development fronts the San Bernardino Freeway and is strategically located one mile from the Riverside Freeway.
