Transwestern Takes Over Leasing of Phoenix Biomedical Campus
Wexford Science & Technology has hired Transwestern to lease the 227,113-square-foot property.
Located at 850 N. Fifth St. in Phoenix, the property is located near Arizona State University’s Downtown Phoenix campus. The university plans to occupy the first three floors above an activated ground floor. Transwestern is leasing floors five through seven, a total of 103,596 square feet, which will feature higher-than-average ceiling heights and lab-enabled space for companies of all stages of growth.
TCS managing director Mark Stratz and SVP Scott Baumgarten are handling the leasing.
