JLL Promotes Architect Vet to Head Regional Education, Development

NEW YORK CITY – Jones Lang LaSalle has promoted Peter Rader to vice president and regional education practice lead for the firm’s Project and Development Services group in the tristate region. In the role, he will oversee and manage all project management assignments related to educational facilities for JLL.

Rader has spent 25 years in the design and construction industries as a licensed architect. His skills span all phases of the construction process, from idea conception and programming, through design, construction and project close.

On his new checklist as vice president of regional education is project management services to academic institutions from K-12 to higher education. He has managed the design, renovation and construction of more than 30 learning environments at schools throughout New York, Connecticut and nationwide.

Before joining JLL in 2015, Rader operated his own practice and worked with several architectural firms throughout Connecticut. He has experience with diverse project types including education, multifamily housing, mixed-use developments, retail and corporate interiors.
