Newmark Knight Frank vice chairman, Chad Lavender, is a diligentself-starter in healthcare commercial real estate. At 25, Lavenderco-founded a leading brokerage seniors housing group with RyanMaconachy; the two have continued to build-out this platform since,being appointed as co-heads of Newmark Knight Frank's Healthcareand Alternative Real Estate Assets Capital Markets platform earlierthis year.
