Brides by Young to Open First New Jersey Store in Rochelle Park
Brides by Young, which has locations in Indianapolis and Schaumburg, IL, has signed a lease for 5,650 square feet at Liberty Plaza in Rochelle Park.
ROCHELLE PARK, NJ—Brides by Young has entered the New Jersey retail market with the lease of space at the Liberty Plaza shopping center here.
Brides by Young, which has locations in Indianapolis and Schaumburg, IL, has signed a lease for 5,650 square feet at Liberty Plaza in Rochelle Park. Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey retail leasing team, headed by David Townes and Alana Friedman, represented the landlord, Alesso Holding Co., in the long-term lease transaction.
Patrick Varelas from RE/MAX Traditions Real Estate served as tenant broker for Brides by Young in the Rochelle Park lease. The brand is distinguished as the world’s largest “curvy” bridal boutique, with sample sizes ranging from 14 to 34 and more than 400 dress styles in each store.
Townes says that the brokerage firm received multiple offers for full occupancy and subdivisions for the remaining vacancy at Liberty Plaza.
According to Brides by Young’s website, its New Jersey flagship store will be opening in January 2020.
