Comstock Leases Entire Reston Station Building to ICF

The global consulting firm's headquarters will occupy 1902 Reston Metro Plaza in 2022.

RESTON, VA – Comstock Holding Companies Inc. has secured a lease agreement with ICF, to move the global consulting and digital services firm’s global headquarters to Reston Station in Reston, Virginia.

The leased space, encompassing an entire building at 1902 Reston Metro Plaza, serves as Comstock’s third trophy-class office tower in Metro Center Plaza, within Northern Virginia’s technology corridor.

The glass and steel tower, located adjacent to the Reston-East Metro Station, spans more than 200,000 square feet. Featuring open floorplans, the building will offer outdoor amenity space including a private rooftop event space, a landscaped sky park, a parking garage and a two-story lobby on the Metro Plaza.

Comstock recently commenced construction on the building, which is expected to be completed in 2021. ICF will take occupancy in 2022, upon additional interior improvements.

Future tenants of the (rapidly expanding technology corridor, additionally include Google, Neustar, Rolls-Royce North America, British Telecom and Spaces by Regus.

Located midway between Tysons Corner and Dulles International Airport, Reston Station serves as one of the largest mixed-use and transit-oriented developments in the Washington DC region, covering nearly 40 acres of space along the Dulles Toll Road.
