ATCO Properties Inks 10-Year Lease at 240 West 35th Street

NEW YORK CITY – ATCO Properties & Management has leased 4,332 square feet at 240 West 35th Street to fiscal watchdog group The Citizens Budget Commission in a 10-year lease. The Class A office property is situated in the Garment District, standing 18-stories tall and totaling 165,000 square feet.

The non-profit organization advocating for financial change to New York City and New York State government services will occupy the 3rd floor of the property, relocating from 2 Penn Plaza by year-end.

Tenants include Cablevision-owned media group Newsday; Paris-based luxury goods company Diptyque; office provider Knotel; fashion and eyewear designer Thom Browne; technology company Fidelus Technology; foreign language school Spanish American Institute; and bridal designer Reem Bridals. Fast-causal restaurant chain Café Metro and Latin American restaurant Café Nunez are also in the building.
