Extensia Financial Expands Business Development Team

The firm adds four real estate finance professionals, Phil Nieset, Monte Guest, Chris Hurst and Jason Fobbs.

Extensia Financial is expanding its business development team. The firm has added four real estate finance professionals: Phil Nieset, Monte Guest, Chris Hurst and Jason Fobbs in four offices across the country.

The addition of these new hires is part of the firm’s ongoing expansion. Extensia is experiencing an increase in production volume this year, having funded $123.6 million in loans annualized in 25 states and 16 cities throughout the U.S.—a 14% increase in year-over-year production. With a current pipeline of approximately $440 million, Extensia is positioning itself for continued growth.
