Ivy Station IvyStation

Lowe and AECOM-Canyon Partnershave announced plans to include a new six-story, 148-room boutiquehotel at its Ivy Station project. Ivy Station is a500,000-square-foot mixed-use development currently underconstruction in Culver City.

The boutique hotel will be known as The Shay. It will betailored to the creative residents and guests of Culver City, athriving hub of arts, entertainment and technology, and will beoperated by Hyatt within the premium Destination Hotels brand, acollection of distinct, independently branded hotels, resorts andresidences.
