SUGAR LAND, TX—Leasing is underway on Sugar Creek Place I, a class-A 151,722-square-foot office building. The six-story building is 86% leased and more than $1.7 million in capital upgrades have been put into the property since 2014. Upgrades include a new conference facility, tenant lounge, common areas, updated lobby and corridors.

Transwestern Commercial Services has been retained by Songy Highroads to provide office leasing services. The office leasing team of Doug Little, Louann Pereira and Matthew Seliger are representing the building owner.

"Sugar Land continues to remain a strong and thriving submarket," said Pereira. "The building is well-positioned within the submarket with great visibility that is ideal for a large user."
