Robert Knisely Named Transwestern Market Leader in Denver

Robert Knisely joined Transwestern as market leader and managing director in Denver. In the new role, Knisely will oversee operations throughout Colorado and focus on elevating and innovating client services, attracting new talent, building market presence, and strengthening business development.
Knisely has more than 20 years commercial real estate experience, with a special focus on institutional landlord representation and project leasing in the Denver market. He most recently served as first VP at CBRE, overseeing an office leasing portfolio of more than 15 million square feet. Knisely began his career at Fuller Real Estate, a boutique company with local roots.
Knisely is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Association of Realtors and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. He has been repeatedly named a CoStar Power Broker and was part of Denver’s Top Leasing Real Estate Team in 2018.
