SADDLE BROOK, NJ—Malas Development’s new retail project at 110 Market St. here has recently secured three lease deals that bring the 8,000-square-foot shopping center to full occupancy.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Townes and Alana Friedman brokered the recent long-term transactions for the building ownership.

One of the latest tenants at the property is Dunkin’, which leased 1,802 square feet in a local relocation of an existing franchise. Bubbakoo Burritos also signed on for 1,695 square feet at the property. The tenant was represented by Gary Kraus of Pierson Commercial.

Cushman & Wakefield also reports that it brokered the 1,831-square-foot lease with Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar at 110 Market St. Moxie Salon was represented by Florian Suserman of Ripco Real Estate in the transaction.

“These two popular concepts are great additions to round out the tenant base at 110 Market Street,” noted Mark Malas, managing member of Malas Development. “Our vision to create a retail offering that would attract complementary businesses and bring desirable new options for area residents has truly become reality.”

Those tenants join Bella, a nail salon, which occupies 3,000 square feet at the redeveloped former stand-alone restaurant property.
