NEW YORK CITY – Cushman & Wakefield is marketing an 830-unit Syracuse, N.Y. multifamily portfolio comprised of four buildings, and in partnership with Pyramid Brokerage, its local affiliate.

The four-building portfolio is 975 occupied and includes a mix of high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style workforce housing assets, which include The James (600 James St.), Skyline (753 James St.), Chestnut Crossing (923, 941 and 947 James St.) and Vincent (105 Smith Lane).

The communities are attractive to investors who want to secure stable and predictable cash flows with the potential for upside through the renovation of the properties, according to  Cushman & Wakefield capital markets specialist Brian Whitmer, who is leading the marketing team with Stephen Scuderi of Pyramid Brokerage.
