NEW YORK CITY – Cushman & Wakefield is marketing an 830-unit Syracuse, N.Y. multifamily portfolio comprised of four buildings, and in partnership with Pyramid Brokerage, its local affiliate.

The four-building portfolio is 975 occupied and includes a mix of high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style workforce housing assets, which include The James (600 James St.), Skyline (753 James St.), Chestnut Crossing (923, 941 and 947 James St.) and Vincent (105 Smith Lane).
