Optima Sonoran Village is nowfully complete in Downtown Scottsdale. DeveloperOptima has completed the final phase of thecommunity, a luxury five-tower apartment community with 768residences.

The property has leased 77% of its units. Located on thesoutheast corner of 68th Street and Camelback Road, the nowcompleted Optima Sonoran Village features studio, one-, two-, andthree-bedroom luxury apartment homes ranging in size from 776 to2,089 square feet with rents starting from the $1,700s to over$5,000 per month.

In addition to completion of the apartment community, Optimaalso launched its new white-glove, in-home concierge program,Optimized Service, at all its Arizona rental properties.
