Real Estate Tech Firm Motili Names New CEO
Karl Pomeroy will oversee the real estate technology solutions firm through its next phase of growth.
Real Estate technology solutions firm Motili has named Karl Pomeroy as its new CEO. Pomeroy will lead the firm through its next phase of growth as it leaves its start-up phase.
Pomeroy brings more than 30 years in HVAC sales and management to Motili. He comes Goodman Manufacturing, Motili’s parent company, where he was the division president and was responsible for managing 66 locations in the Western United States. In 2017, he became executive sponsor for Motili, responsible for corporate integration and sales leadership for the company.
Motili has been leading the way with its contractor network spanning the United States, connecting single-family, multifamily, and commercial property owners and operators to HVAC contractors, providing one point of contact for HVAC and appliance upgrades and maintenance, coast to coast.
