NEW YORK CITY – Fisher Brothers, a New York City-based realestate developer and owner, has secured a lease with Blue BottleCoffee, a popular café chain, in its Midtown tower at 1345 Avenueof the Americas.  It will be the third food and beveragebrand to lease-up space in its ground-floor retail.

Blue Bottle will occupy 953 square feet of retail space at thebase of the tower beginning in the fourth quarter of 2019 under a15-year lease and will join Quality Bistro, a Frenchbrasserie-style steakhouse from restaurant group Quality Branded,and the Asian-inspired eatery Wagamama.
