NEW YORK CITY – Thor Equities, a New York City-based real estate investment firm, has put its three-story property home to the 9/11 Tribute Museum at 92 Greenwich St. on the market for $30 million. Whether the museum will close its doors or relocate is unknown.

The 13-year-old museum moved to 92 Greenwich St. in 2017 and after several years in the building, Thor Equities is marketing the property as vacant, Crain’s reported.

Calls to Thor Equities were not returned by press time.
