Cedar Communities Expands Assisted Living Portfolio
The firm has acquired 82 assisted living units and 12 independent living units in Georgia.
COMMERCE, GA – Cedar Communities has acquired two senior living facilities in Georgia, comprising 82 assisted living units and 12 independent living units.
The acquired facilities include Brookside Commerce in Commerce, Georgia and Brookside Stone Mountain in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
The assets serve as the firm’s fifth and sixth properties added to its assisted living portfolio.
Cedar Communities currently owns 214 units throughout South Carolina, Georgia and Virginia.
