TAMPA, FL—Cushman & Wakefield has brought on locally-based boutique valuation firm Beshears & Associates to its operations here, adding its 10-person team to its Valuation & Advisory platform.

The team, led by David Beshears, brings a 25-year track record and will focus on a wide variety of property types, primarily in Florida and the Southeast, Cushman & Wakefield reports. The deal marks Beshears’ return to Cushman & Wakefield, where he previously served as an investment broker with the firm’s Capital Markets team earlier in his career.

The additions allow Cushman & Wakefield to expand the capabilities and coverage of its global Valuation & Advisory Group.

The new team’s valuation experience ranges from individual private properties to large national portfolios, with expertise in multifamily, self-storage, hospitality, auto service, manufactured housing, industrial, office and retail properties.

In addition to Beshears, who joins Cushman & Wakefield as executive director, the team is comprised of senior director Michael Green, senior director Chris Larkin, senior director John Sabatini, director Rachel Weideman, director Robert Tyson, associate director Jordan Menke, associate director Catherine Butler, associate Jack Tait and administrative assistant Rita Martino.
