BOSTON—Fledgling ingredient innovation company Motif FoodWorksreports it has signed a lease for nearly 11,000 square feet for itsnew corporate headquarters at the Innovation and Design Building at27 Drydock in the Seaport District here.
The company will occupy 10,600 square feet at Related Beal'seight-story 286,000-square-foot office building. Motif FoodWorks isexpected to take occupancy in June 2020. The firm's new space willfeature a dedicated space for culinary research as well asFoodWorks Labs—research, innovation and application centers focusedon what the company states is unraveling the secrets of food andpushing the boundaries of what's possible in the industry.
