Equity Four Properties, a subsidy of Viewpoint Equities, has acquired Hollister Creek Village Apartment in San Diego, a 46-unit apartment complex. The property traded hands for $10.7 million.

Located at 945 Hollister Street, Hollister Creek Village features 46 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units. Each unit is approximately 1,000 square-feet and features walk-in closets, private outdoor areas, in-unit washer and dryer and air conditioning. Community amenities include a spa, swimming pool and picnic area.

Allen Chitayat and Nate Pepper of CBRE represented the buyer. Tim Mills of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
