ViaWest Group has acquired a 25-acre land site in Goodyear, Arizona, for an industrial build. The developer plans a three-building industrial property totaling 410,000 square feet.

The plan includes three separate industrial buildings of 284,290 square feet, 58,473 square feet, and 67,476 square feet in size. All buildings are intended to be single- or multi-tenant use with modern, state-of-the-art specifications. Construction is set to begin in March 2020 with a delivery in early 2021.

ViaWest purchased the site from RADOS Properties-Arizona Land. Allen Lowe, principal at Lee & Associates, represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
