Located at 6330 Newlin Avenue in Uptown Whittier, the property is in a prime area within the city and considered the historic Heart of Whittier. The apartment community consists of 11 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units and three one-bedroom/one-bathroom units. Built in 1963, the 13,316-square-foot building sits on a 14,710-square-foot parcel.

Dan Blackwell and Sean Farag of CBRE represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller, a private investor, was represented by Melanie Bickley of Whittier Brokers.
